Exchange
All items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Items bought on sale will be exchanged at the actual price of the product if the sale has ended. In the case of an online purchase, the customer must bear the delivery charges.
Returns
You can return any product within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is not damaged. In case of returns, either you drop the product at our retail point in Emporium Mall, Lahore, or you can courier it back to our address: DAB kiosk, basement 1 (front side), Emporium Mall, Johar town, Lahore. In case you want us to pick up the product from you, we will arrange the return delivery. In this case, you will have to pay the delivery charges. We will deduct the delivery charges and deposit the remaining charges in your bank account.
Products with name embossing will not be returned or exchanged.
In case you receive any defective item, you can contact us within 14 days of the purchase. Contact our customer service department by emailing us at order@dabstore.pk or you can call us at +92 3214920757. Please provide all the required information to our representative. We will pay back 100% cash amount including courier cost if incurred.
